Tar Barrels in Ottery St Mary on Tuesday 5th November 2013 The Tar Barrels start at 4.00 pm in the afternoon in Mill Street = Children's Barrels. Then in various parts of the town. Bonfire down on the banks of The River Otter at 6.30 pm. Funfair in town on the river banks opposite the Bonfire. Barrels continuing with the Ladies Barrels at 7.30 pm. Men's Barrels in various parts of the town finishing with the largest barrel of the night in the centre of town The Square at midnight.
Roads closed from 4.00 pm Tuesday until 1.00 on Wednesday 6th November
