About you:

This placement requires highly personable, well organised and diligent individual.  Excellent communication skills are essential as your main role will be to communicate with and manage customer relations by phone, email and in person. You will also be required to assist with the marketing of products and services to both new and existing customers so a good telephone manner is also important. The role will also include opportunities to assist with video shoots and to support and co-ordinate any events our client run so you will need to have the ability to multi task and adapt to a variety of situations.

A large part of this job will involve setting up and maintaining a CRM system. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and be familiar with software such as Microsoft Office as well as web based services such as Gmail and the social media platforms.

Opportunity:

Although this apprenticeship is in customer service there is the potential to develop a successful career within online video marketing for the right applicant who is willing to work hard and demonstrate the skills they have to offer.

 

Apprenticeship funding open to ages 16 – 24 years

Rate of Pay: £2.65 per hour with the potential for bonus’ and wage increases.
