We had a great An Evening with thebestof Exeter last night, with 44 people coming to Fresha Cafe for networking, drinks and canapes. Businesses with over 5 testimonials were rewarded with their Best Business certificate, and we also awarded the Most Loved businesses with their certificates, as a result of the '14 days of love' campaign.
We're pleased that Exeter people are now understanding the value of posting testimonials to give valuable feedback so that prospective customers/clients can use this information to help them make decisions about buying.
Equally important is that people in business are getting more into the habit of asking their happy customers to post testimonials!
