I cannot praise the Personal Agent, and Ray Steward in particular, highly enough. He achieved a good sale in a difficult market, taking on the role of central coordination between buyers, buyer’s solicitors, seller (myself), and seller’s solicitor. The whole process was well organised, exceptionally well communicated and professionally driven to exchange and completion. Just way ahead of my experience with other Agents.
