Callum and Chris at The Personal Agent have been excellent. Chris who initially showed me around the property and again on two other occasion was more than happy to do so on request, he was very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area.
Chris was brilliant in coordinating everything and answering my multitude of questions. The whole process from my first enquiry to the viewing and my moving in went without a hitch and this is owning to the high level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Callum and Chris. A relative recommended this company to let and manage my property. I dealt with Bradley Snape in the Epsom office, who was incredibly helpful at guiding me through the process of renting out my property. He was more than happy to answer any questions. As soon as my property was ready to be marketed Bradley ensured it went up online, the photos were done and it was let out in just over a week. Callum was also a pleasure to work with, showing tenants an around the property. They’re an incredibly knowledgable company and the office staff are really responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend them. I’ve been kept up to date at every stage. I can see why they’ve got such a good reputation on the area.
