I had a property inspection with Charlotte Evan’s, and we spoke over email a few times leading up to inspection. She was very accommodating and was on time.
Charlotte was thorough yet quick and respectful to my time and knowing my son was poorly she was able to view my property quickly.

I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences over the years with Estate Agents, but The Personal Agent in Epsom has definitely bucked that trend.
My mother recently sold her bungalow through them: it’s not been an easy sale but the staff there have been first class, especially Sarah Goddard in their sales progression department and Ray Steward, another member of staff. Always friendly , willing to help and both have kept us fully informed of the sale progression.
