Sarah Goddard, the Sales Progressor at The Personal Agent has been a wonderful guide for us through a protracted sales and buying process. She is a brilliant professional, being able to offer constructive, proactive advice and maintaining a reassuring calmness. She went above and beyond at every stage. Charlotte (Evans) was great in liaising with the tenants at 73 Hazon Way Epsom, forwarding details of the new washing machine to replace the old faulty washing machine. Charlotte is friendly, works fast and keeps everyone concerned updated in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Epsom letting agent Sameer Jamani showed us round a rental property. He arranged a viewing last minute for us, was prompt, very friendly and answered all our questions in detail. I have been looking for a property to rent for some time and have been quite disappointed in a lot of the estate agents I’ve dealt with, they all seem to be quite rude and unhelpful. Callum at the personal agent was the complete opposite, he was super friendly, positive and helpful. He gave a lovely informative viewing and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately the property wasn’t quite right for what we were looking for but Callum was great and I couldn’t fault him!
