The Personal Agent have been doing an excellent job in managing my property.
Just recently there was a small problem with some damp damage. This was dealt with quickly with a quote being issued immediately and the contractor being sent in promptly to carry out the work. Many thanks to Becky Moore at the Personal Agent for arranging this.

I have just sold my property with the personal agent in Banstead. We had various delays and issues with the solicitors, however Mark was brilliant throughout. He got involved numerous times to help speed up the process between the solicitors, right to the very end and even on completion day. Ray at the Personal Agent was the selling agent for our recent property purchase. From the first viewing Ray was responsive and helped co-ordinate further viewings with trades people with no fuss. Glad we sold our property with The Personal Agent in Epsom. We had honest and expert advice from the offset after struggling to sell for 3 months with another agent. The personal agent created a beautiful video of our property which I feel really did help our sale. They also suggested what would and wouldn’t work and gave an honest breakdown of the current market. Many thanks to Richard for his honesty, professionalism and reassurance throughout the sale process.

Overall, very happy we switched over to the Personal agent and can honestly say, the Epsom team were excellent.
