LOVE the personal agent! Especially Charlotte Evans, who does our inspections. Every-time she comes to inspect the flat I’m renting (and living in), she listens to everything I have to say! If I complain about something and she says she’s going to get it sorted, it gets sorted. She’s such a lovely person, absolute sweetheart! 1000/10, amazing service.
