After having a bad time with another estate agents I switched to The Personal Agent Stoneleigh.<br>I would like to thank Paul Davis. I cannot fault the service I have received.<br>My house was under offer after one viewing and is now STC and I am purchasing my new home through the Epsom branch.<br>It is a very strange time to be trying to sell or buy but Paul has kept me informed at all stages of negotiations. We had an outstanding result from The Personal Agent when we sold our house recently. From the beginning their marketing was brilliant and when the sale unfortunately fell through, the effort they made to remarket it and attract new buyers was excellent. Their calmness and patience throughout the process were just what we needed during the stress of house selling/buying and special mention must go to Andrew Burn and Cat Mahoney who offered invaluable, professional advice and optimism from the start of the process to the finish.
