Very impressed, we went into to see a few agents today as we are looking to move to the area and the two young men in The Personal Agent could not have been more accommodating and friendly they also gave us there time and couldn't have been more helpful even though we are not on the market yet. the other agents we went to see really didn't want to know, very impressive. real customer service.

We have never meet an Estate agent like Paul from the Stoneleigh branch he is so passionate about his work and he was a pleasure to deal with, we didn’t end up buying through The Personal Agent but we wish we would have done. Strongly recommend.

Paul from the Stoneleigh office really helped when desperately trying to find a chain free house within my budget. We started in Worcester Park and having understood my needs quickly suggested I look in Stoneleigh also. He immediate arranged for me to view several potential properties knowing that I was up against the clock with my buyers. Thank you to him and his colleagues at the Stoneleigh office for their help. I was finally successful in keeping my buyers because of Paul’s and the other colleagues support.<br><br>All the personnel at Personal agent seemed to go out of their way to accommodate me. They have made buying our first home such a positive experience! Cat took over as contact for sales support once we had our offer accepted.
