Worked with The Personal Agent for the sale of our property. Overall very pleased. Andrew, John who we interacted with mostly are very personable. Andrew Bern, the director, does seem to add a personal touch to his communications.

So far I am extremely pleased with the service we are receiving from The Personal Agent. Andrew came round to value our property and, upon our instructions to proceed, the media team came to take photos and a video and they were extremely professional and did our property justice. We pressed the button to go live with The Personal Agent and, 4 days later, we had 24 viewings booked for our open day on the Saturday. Paul Davies, our negotiator worked so hard seeing everyone and secured us 6 offers on the Monday - well done Paul!

All we can say is thank goodness for Daniel Bennett at the Personal Agent. He put our faith back in Estate agents. He really listened to what we were looking for in a property and lined us up with lots of viewings all of which fitted the criteria of what we were looking for . Initially, I was pleased with the way things progressed with the sale of the property. Due to issues with the other parties solicitor, things went on a lot longer than necessary. During this time , I found the communication with The Personal Agent somewhat lacking. However, once I was able to communicate with a more senior member of staff, I found the communication to be much better and I had every faith in this Sales Negotiator acting promptly on my behalf. I was also grateful for the timely advice I received from him on how we should progress the sale when it looked like it might not go ahead.
