My experience with The Personal Agent was very positive and this was in large part down to Paul. In a business where trust is essential, Paul was diligent, organised and highly responsive. The quality and professionalism in his presentation was excellent. As an advisor, he strikes the right balance between insight and challenge to make you think about how you will navigate the buying process.
Paul’s colleague John also managed a positive introduction through conducting the viewings. He is credible and offers deep knowledge of the local area, which eventually led to a successful negotiation. Collectively, The Personal Agent team were customer focussed and enthusiastic. Communication was transparent throughout because they truly work as a team, which made this process much smoother than I anticipated.

We could not have had a better experience as buyers of our new home which we are about to move into than the experience we had dealing with the Stoneleigh branch of The Peoples Agent. The proactive service and attention given to our specific situation by Andrew Burns who runs the agency was excellent! There were challenges along the way and I doubt the purchase would have concluded successfully without the attention he gave to ensuring our interests were represented as well as those of the seller. Moreover, he is personable and so considerate. Happy to recommend him anytime.

I also think Personal Agent are very fair when it comes to "best and finals", having had the horrible experience of being gazumped when dealing with another agency this is really important to me!

We worked with the Stoneleigh Office to buy our first home. Whoever I was in contact with from the office was quite helpful and responsive. It was via email or phone I always got answer to my enquires and requests. Many thanks for all your help during our finding the first home adventure which is quite difficult nowadays.

We chose the Personal Agent to sell our property as we felt their approach to the sale best fitted our needs. They delivered, their presentation of the property on both photographic and video showed the property at its very best,. From a single open house viewing they achieved a great price and from then on through to completion, smooth sailing. Great team of agents, who have tried their very best to help us find a property that meets our needs. Pleasant, professional, hard working and fair.
