I am so pleased to write this review. The other day I went Into the personal agent to enquire about how moving house in this pandemic would work as I felt very anxious about the current situation. I was made to feel at ease and was reassured everything would be strait forward and that I would be supported through the change. Having been in the property business for many years, I was pleasantly surprised at how proactive and eager this company were in selling my property. Absolutely outstanding service from Personal Agent!! I have been looking for a property for the past 6 months and therefore, dealt with multiple estate agents in the Stoneleigh area but these guys were the best in terms of professionalism, knowledgeable and helpful especially Dan, John and Paul. Dan was able to get us into the property we eventually secured 2 hours after it went on the market and helped us to close the sale within 24hrs! Thanks Dan for all your help and your great sense of humour, you helped make a daunting process feel really manageable!
Additionally, Cat Mahoney then helped us to progress the sale and went above and beyond to contact the seller, ensure there were no delays and keep us informed. Cat was really knowledgeable and understanding, thanks Cat for your help!
