Having bought our house originally from the personal agent I would highly recommend them. The lettings and management team have been excellent from the off and a big thank you to Joe Frost, Tom Day and Michelle Hobbs for all your great work. Always easy to get hold of, quick to respond and very helpful no matter who answers the phone in the office.

I have been with the Personal Agent for more than two years now and they have been fantastic from the start! Communication is excellent and the staff are always so professional and helpful, especially Michelle, who has been a constant support. I am so glad I chose this company to Let my property whilst I work abroad. When there has been a change of tenant, they have re-advertised and Let the property immediately and the transition from one tenant to another has been dealt with smoothly. A big thank you to all the team, who I know must work together well to make this happen!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Also a big thank you to Sarah Goddard who helped progress the sale through - as normal with a house move at times it was stressful but the communication from the company was excellent.
