We received a fantastic service from The Personal Agent during the sale of our property in what was a difficult market. We had been with another agent beforehand who were useless meaning it was breath of fresh air switching to these guys.<br><br>Sue from Sales was fantastic in pushing our property onwards as well communicating frequently with us before and after viewings. She has real passion for selling properties and we felt confident having her on our side.<br><br>Once under offer, Sarah from sales progression was also brilliant and pushed our sale on as much as possible.<br><br>All our calls were answered promptly and voicemail returned within an hour or two.<br><br>No complaints and highly recommended.

After sales service was also brilliant - much needed when chasing up slow conveyancers. Cat was always so helpful and instrumental to getting through to exchange - chasing responses to enquiries and keeping me updated.

Really happy with Personal Agent and would definitely recommend to others. They listened to our circumstances and what we needed.
