We’ve recently sold our house with Personal Agent. From the first point of contact to completion they have been outstanding in every respect, and worth every penny in my opinion.
Richard visited us one evening, offered us our valuation and is obviously very experienced in the Epsom market place.
We received an asking price offer within a week of going on the market, and higher than we were expecting. Chris and Sarah progressed our sale proactively and faultlessly in a very difficult time during lockdown, with great communication along the way, always returning phone calls and were a great help in the process, outdoing themselves.
I have no doubt that the sale would have taken a lot longer and we wouldn’t have got the price we did without their help. There were cheaper agents out there, but we went with Personal Agent who proved they offer the best value for money.

Excellent service provided by The Personal Agent, particularly Richard Humphries, in what was a fairly complicated chain (in the middle of lockdown) that at times got pretty emotional.
I have no doubt that without Richards efforts, and constant communication and status updates, that it is very unlikely the chain would have made it to the finish line. My thanks to you.

We purchased our first home with The Personal Agent and had a great experience. Sue immediately thought of us when the house came onto the market which led to us buying our dream home. During our house search everyone has been pleasant to deal with (Epsom, Ewell and Stoneleigh branches) and accommodating with visits on busy days. From the beginning their marketing was brilliant and when the sale unfortunately fell through, the effort they made to remarket it and attract new buyers was excellent.
