In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

Natasha from the Epsom branch looked after me when I moved my Mum out of her flat to live with me and let her flat. I can’t thank Stephanie enough for everything she’s done for us. She’s been so helpful from the very beginning, always keeping us informed and replying quickly whenever we had any questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
At the end of the tenancy, Stephanie really went the extra mile. She took the time to speak to the landlord and explain why it wouldn’t have been fair to make deductions from the deposit, as the property wasn’t professionally cleaned and the garden wasn’t tidy when Bree moved in. Thanks to all her hard work, Bree is now getting her full deposit back.
