Overall a perfect experience & service from Ethan for our first time moving out of our family homes!
Myself and my fiancé decided to move in together and found somewhere we loved. Ethan was on hand straight away to meet us at the property for a viewing. He was so welcoming and showed us around, and gave us everything we needed to know for an initial viewing.
He was immediately available to book a second visit the following day and communicated with us thoroughly when the offer had gone to the landlord and we were eagerly awaiting an outcome.
The application process which remains in progress has been faultless and very easy to use. We have been updated through each stage and what happens next which is so important for us as 'first timers', with no experience of renting or moving out. Highly recommend, and a big thanks to Ethan!
