Having dealt with another estate agent who unfortunately didn’t provide the same level of service, the contrast has been immediately noticeable. From the very beginning, this estate agent has been professional, proactive, approachable and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible, especially Chris in the Epsom letting office.
Communication has been excellent throughout, with regular updates, prompt responses and clear explanations at every stage. We’ve always felt informed, supported and confident that things were being handled properly, which makes such a difference during what can often be a stressful process.
Compared with our previous experience, the level of care, attention and professionalism has really stood out. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who keeps you in the loop, follows things up and makes you feel like a valued client rather than having to chase for information.
We honestly couldn’t fault the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who goes above and beyond. A real credit to the profession — thank you for making such a positive difference!

We communicated with Sarah Goddard at The Personal Agent throughout the purchasing process which was very protracted owing to many complications with probate. Sarah was friendly, very efficient and could always be relied upon to respond promptly to whichever query my wife and I raised. She clearly has a firm grasp of her role, as the probate process is not easy to navigate, and Sarah made a very trying time for us a great deal easier with her approachable manner. Well done Sarah, and thank you.

We went with the Personal Agent to sell our house this year. From start to finish we had a great experience.
The first visit/survey was informative, friendly and professional, not too “sales-heavy”. We liked their approach and felt they priced the house right. They marketed it well and we had 14 viewers in one day, with 3 offers off the back of that.
They provided advice, and we accepted a sensible offer. We didn’t realise initially, but Personal Agent used a “Sales Progressor” from a separate company. We now know why - Shauna Barton was absolutely brilliant, by far the most helpful, proactive, professional and positive person in the entire sale and purchase process.
Personal Agent just seem easy to work with, they’ve obviously got loads of experience, and they don’t bog you down with loads of additional stuff you won’t need, they get straight to the point and do the basics well. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the Personal Agent.

The lettings dept have always been a delight to deal with but after my boiler decided to die because it was the first chilly day of Autumn, I had a problem.
The Personal Agent only dealt with the initial renting of the flat and don’t manage my place.
This didn’t stop the Property Manager, Becky Moore from plunging right in to help me as much as possible. She found the boiler manual for me online - not easy as my boiler is 25 years old, step by step advise on how to deal with the problem, numbers of engineers to call. The list really goes on. Becky went way out of her way to help me, she even tried to contact the landlord herself. All this and they don’t even manage my flat. The fact that I was in trouble was enough. She even checked in me the following day to see if I was alright.
Becky is an absolute star, she’s a credit to the afence and The Personal Agent will be my first port of call when I need to rent a flat again.
