I have just sold my property through Personal Agent. The sales progression was dealt with by Sarah Goddard who was amazing. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and explained any developments which I was unsure about me. She was always available either by email or telephone and if she was off she gave me another point of contact. Moving is a very stressful time but with Sarah’s excellent communication skills she made the whole experience a very positive one. I am so pleased that she will be dealing with my purchase too!

We had an issue with the dishwasher, that led to be out of order for about less than two weeks 😑, we thought that it had to be replaced by a brand new one, which costs a lot in these days...
We contacted the property management team, thankfully Becky Moore of Epsom branch is working there and has handeled our request, amazingly she dealt with it and sent over an engineer within 24 hours, now the dishwasher is back on!
Her approach was active, quick and professional... many thanks 😊

In a very difficult market, John and Kai at the Banstead office persevered until our house was eventually sold. They conducted viewings with great professionalism and kept us regularly informed of feedback. John in particular was always an encouragement to us when offers did not materialise. Once an offer had been received, Mark was a great help in negotiating a reduction on our new-build home. Overall, an excellent experience with the service promised at the outset delivered all along the way. I definitely recommend The Personal Agent.

Natasha from the Epsom branch looked after me when I moved my Mum out of her flat to live with me and let her flat. The live was very complicated and stressful and Natasha went above and beyond to provide me with support and help make the flat ready to let.
