As landlords of a property in Epsom we have used The Personal Agent for management for renting it out over 14 years. We have had excellent service from the whole team in the 'Lettings' office. Particularly, Cheryl and Michelle, who have been prompt, efficient, clear and extremely helpful over the years. They have been an important element of a cordial relationship with the tenants over the years. We have never had any cause for complaint.

Our experience with The Personal Agent was very good. We were trying to sell our property via another agent for quite some time and weren't successful. We switched and from day 1 we were happy with service from marketing the property via professional photography, communication, progress updates, number of viewings and their prompt responses. They are really experienced professionals and know their job very well. Special mention to Chris Shaw and Sarah Goddard.
