What can I say, The Personal Agent (Epsom HQ) has been brilliant from start to finish. My partner and I are first time buyers - just exchanged! - and the support we've received throughout this entire process has been exceptional. Endless back and forth emails, revisits to the house, and of course some humour along the way. They really do go the extra mile, and we're both incredibly thankful for this journey being made easier and enjoyable, thanks to team over at The Personal Agent. Huge thanks to the wonderful Chris who first took us for our first viewing - gave us a tour around Epsom - which really felt like the premium experience. Rosie was a great estate agent view a property with . She’s well informed and knows about each property well …she has prepared her show around with great knowledge of the surrounds and pitches at the right level so the buyer trusts her judgement . I saw a Fetcham bungalow today with her and was pleased to say she knew her stuff well . Shes also a professional charming young lady and gets to know the vendor and the buyers needs so that she can pitch her sales to that level and get the most from the meeting .
