A relative recommended this company to let and manage my property. I dealt with Bradley Snape in the Epsom office, who was incredibly helpful at guiding me through the process of renting out my property. He was more than happy to answer any questions. As soon as my property was ready to be marketed Bradley ensured it went up online, the photos were done and it was let out in just over a week. Callum was also a pleasure to work with, showing tenants an around the property. They’re an incredibly knowledgable company and the office staff are really responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend them. I’ve been kept up to date at every stage. I can see why they’ve got such a good reputation on the area.

Bradley at the Personal Agent in Epsom is super brilliant. He is a efficient, responsible and hard working person. All of my calls were picked up everytime. I never need to leave voice message nor return call. He replied my emails at the same day always. He is also patient to my enquires and deliver professional opinions. He get our jobs done very well. Just sold my property with Personal agent and we have been really pleased with the whole experience . So pleased with the professional experience of Accompanied viewings through to constant updates on feedback . All the team have really worked hard to get us sold to get the best possible results. Adam at the Personal Agent in Epsom has really taken the time to listen to what we are looking for in our next purchase which makes such a difference as it’s frustrating when properties completely outside of our interest (and catchment especially!) are pushed and promoted from other agencies. He has taken the time to highlight key aspects that are important to us at the properties viewed so far and he is a genuinely lovely person to deal with.
