I had a really great experience working with this estate agency. The whole team was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me updated regularly and were always quick to respond whenever I had questions.
What I appreciated the most was how smooth and stress-free they made everything. Buying/selling property can be complicated, but they guided me through every step and made it much easier than I expected.

Ray at the Personal Agent was the selling agent for our recent property purchase. From the first viewing Ray was responsive and helped co-ordinate further viewings with trades people with no fuss. Ray was also really proactive and communicative throughout the purchase process and whenever we spoke it was clear he was already up to date on chasing throughout the chain! Thanks for your help.

Glad we sold our property with The Personal Agent in Epsom. We had honest and expert advice from the offset after struggling to sell for 3 months with another agent. The personal agent created a beautiful video of our property which I feel really did help our sale. They also suggested what would and wouldn’t work and gave an honest breakdown of the current market. Many thanks to Richard for his honesty, professionalism and reassurance throughout the sale process.
I felt they communicated well with us as sellers, although we didn’t get enough feedback from viewings in general, but when we did have a successful viewing it was well communicated.
Sarah from after sales was excellent and communicated well, liased with us effectively, took our concerns seriously and called back when she said she would.
Overall, very happy we switched over to the Personal agent and can honestly say, the Epsom team were excellent.
