I had two viewings with the personal agent today, one with Rosie and one with Shannon and they were both well informed, able to answer all questions I had and provided me with details about when things were built and/or installed. They both had a friendly manner and were personable. We also recently sold our place through the personal agent. It was listed quickly and within a few days we had our first viewing booked. We received feedback quickly and were very happy to have it sold within 2 weeks of listing.

Since Personal Agent took over the tenancy management from the previous agent, they've been superb with getting information back to us really helped us with tenancy process. From a renters perspective it's been a delight dealing with Michelle and the team!

Ray at the Personal Agent was the selling agent for our recent property purchase. From the first viewing Ray was responsive and helped co-ordinate further viewings with trades people with no fuss. Glad we sold our property with The Personal Agent in Epsom. We had honest and expert advice from the offset after struggling to sell for 3 months with another agent. The personal agent created a beautiful video of our property which I feel really did help our sale. They also suggested what would and wouldn’t work and gave an honest breakdown of the current market. Many thanks to Richard for his honesty, professionalism and reassurance throughout the sale process.
I felt they communicated well with us as sellers, although we didn’t get enough feedback from viewings in general, but when we did have a successful viewing it was well communicated.
Sarah from after sales was excellent and communicated well, liased with us effectively, took our concerns seriously and called back when she said she would.
Overall, very happy we switched over to the Personal agent and can honestly say, the Epsom team were excellent.
