My whole experience with the personal agent lettings has been a successful and smooth journey. Chris and Natasha were very helpful , polite, responsive and very professional. This has been my first experience with a lettings agent and I must say it was very easy and less stressful than doing it myself. I would highly recommend this agency if you are looking to rent.

The thing that stood out to me was they really understood my situation and made me feel like they cared about it as much as I did (I needed to move within 7 days!).
Callum was brilliant from the start - friendly, helpful and always on hand for the smallest questions I had and kept pushing things forward with the urgency it needed - credit also to the wider team who also helped when Callum wasn’t available. Thanks Callum, already loving the new place!
