I can’t thank the staff at willows enough. My life had been turned completely upside down when my mum passed away when I was 10 days from having my son. I was struggling so much to even function yet they were so patient, caring and kind to me. They didn’t put any pressure on me when I was struggling to find a way to pay for their services and reassured me that mum was in safe hands. They treated my mum with respect and unlike other funeral directors, they let me pay for embalming so I could see her even though mum was a direct cremation. Most places don’t let you have the choice if you go down the direct cremation route. I found it so hard to find the words to explain at the time how grateful I am. Now I have the strength, thank you with all my heart for everything you all did for not only mum but me also. You made the worst time of my life that bit easier.

Elissa, Lorne, Barbara and the whole team at willows were brilliant. Mum passed suddenly and unexpectedly so we were in complete shock trying to pick a funeral directors and I'd never had to do anything like this before. We wanted an independent company and something felt right about willows so we went with them. We were so glad we did. They were brilliant. So patient with us, anticipating our needs, and nothing was too much for them. We had way more people at the funeral than expected and they sorted out everything without us even realising. We had a last minute change with the person leading the service and they sorted things compassionately and efficiently. They even thought to give us mum's ashes in a lovely bag in mum's favourite colour. And we loved the silver cars! If it's not too grim to say, I'd use them again unreservedly and have already recommended them to so many.

We instructed Willows to be the Funeral Directors for my son Joe. They did an amazing job, Elissa and Holly were so professional, kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, They looked after Joe and us so well, we were allowed to visit anytime we wanted, The office was welcoming and homely , Thank you for everything you did , The Service was beautiful, you did Joe proud.

Willows did an amazing job for my Brother who was buried on Tuesday. Everyone has been so nice, professional, very knowledgeable and just amazing kind people.<br>I want to say a big thank you to Elissa and Holly for making this whole arrangement so beautiful. They are so funny and kind, I've sat chatting with them for ages lol. They are the sweetest Girls ever. We always have a laugh, especially in the toughest circumstances. I always came out feeling a lot better. I also want to thank Ashley for conducting the funeral. He made it so easy for me and was very polite and nice.<br>Willows got a lady called Nuala Geary (celebrant), who performed such a beautiful service and burial. Nuala made it so easy for me and I knew my brother was in Safe Hands. I don't think I could get anybody better!! I recommend her to anybody!!!!<br><br>A big thank you again Willows it means everything to me for what you did for Joe. I shall be back to discuss the headstone and just for a chit-chat with the girls 🤣.

Today my father was cremated and Willows were the allocated funeral parlour. I have to say from start to finish they have been exceptional, they helped us sort everything from the moment Dad passed to today, the day of his funeral. A special thankyou to Ashley, who kept me up to date with things and rang often to check that all the information was correct and that nothing needed changing. A true genuine caring kind hearted company to work with.

Willows Funeral Service gently guided us through the process of organising Ian's funeral from start to finish. I really appreciated their support and guidance in this task, of which I had no experience. Lorne, Richard and Ashley showed kindness, respect and professionalism. Cannot recommend Willows enough. They made the process so easy in such a difficult time and gave genuine care and consideration throughout. I could pick up the phone anytime to have my questions answered no matter how small.<br>Willows also introduced us to Claire (the celebrant we used) who was equally good. Again, treating us with such care and perfecting the whole experience.

I cannot begin to express the gratefulness that myself and my brother have towards Kelly and the whole team at Willows. From the moment I called them (late on Saturday night and answered almost immediately,) through to the funeral itself, Willows were absolutely superb.<br>The level of care, professionalism and compassion at such a difficult and upsetting time, taking all of the stress away from us, was faultless.<br>The celebrant recommended, Claire Robinson, was also the best possible person to conduct the service.<br>Willows on the day were supremely respectful, timely and very efficient. The cars and whole ceremony were also completely Covid compliant.<br>Finally, and what truly gives the 5 stars, was the conduct of Kelly and Willows after the service. Due to extremely poor service from the solicitors, the invoice was not paid for 3 weeks. During this time, Kelly did not trouble us at all, leaving us to grieve and rest, instead chasing this up on our behalf.<br>Exceptional service and the best experience with a funeral director that we could possibly have, given the extremely upsetting circumstances.

Willows Funeral Services came highly recommended, by a friend in the trade, the insurance company and the celebrant I had asked to perform the service.<br>From the very first contact Ashley was amazing, he was very professional, courteous and respectful. Our friend was collected from St Wilfrid's Hospice and taken to their chapel of rest.<br>When we went in to see Ashley, he explained everything that would happen, gave us the choices of casket and what was included in their package.<br>I was kept informed at all stages what was happening and that everything had been taken care of.<br>On the day the cars turned up on time and were in immaculate order, all the attending staff were very professional and respectful, the journey was planned to take one last look at the sea.<br>At the crematorium everything went like clockwork and everybody commented on how lovely the service was.<br>I would recommend Willows with question, I just hope its a few more years before I need them again.

I am so glad that Willows were designated to collect my sister ,<br>as my brother in law Alan and I were impressed by the way they handled everything from that painful moment onward. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated so kindly which helped us get through this sad process.

I would like to personally thank both Jeanette and Nick at willows, as much as I didn't want the day to happen, everything was perfect, from visiting my partner at his resting place to the day of the funeral. They did everything to make sure the day went smoothly and all my requests were met perfectly. I'm so glad I chose them to look after my partner. Thankyou x

Went to willows at a bad time of our lives lost my mother. As soon as I entered the building I received a very warm welcome from jenette.<br>I asked about all there services and they offered a great service and a great price . they offered a great service at the cheapest price in Eastbourne.<br>We had the funeral service today . they turned up on time with great staff. Jeanette, Karen & Nick were amazing right from the very start of our difficult period. Detailed and transparent pricing with no hidden surprises and always kept us in the loop of how things were progressing with the arrangements. Any changes were accommodated without any hesitation and any worries were always explained in the finest detailed making the whole process of arranging our Dad's funeral as less stressful as possible.
