I had an issue with the quality of an item. I had worn it a couple of times and then a weakness in the garment appeared. A rip in a cuff fastening. I contacted customer service immediately, and they dealt with it. Asked me to send the item back, and sent out a replacement as soon as they received the faulty one.

Loved the shoes I ordered but sadly too big. Should have read the small-print regarding returns though - beware you don't get a full refund unless you have it in the form of a credit note instead of your original payment method (which incurs a handling charge of £2.70!)

Received such a great customer service by Karla! Wasn't sure about the sizing of a jacket and Karla has personally went into warehouse and measured the size of the jacket for me while I was waiting online :) Never shopped from here before but the customer service made me very confident about my first purchase here.
