The ordering process was straightforward, however one of the items was unavailable despite appearing on the website. The system allowed me to order the item and pay for it. It was only when I was issued with a reimbursement that I was alerted to a problem and there was no explanation of why part of my payment had been returned. A phone call to Urban Industry cleared up the problem and the remainder of the process was smooth (apart from delay due to the postal strike)

I left a poor review as was very disappointed with the delivery being left outside. Customer service were then straight on to this and contacted me and resolved the issue promptly and to my satisfaction thankyou - so it was only the delivery company i was not happy with - not urban industry at all

Got to Australia fast. Then was picked by Amarex for domestic delivery. Usually a below par experience with them. Had to drive a hour and 30mins to pick up my parcel from their depot out of fear of being returned to sender. Super inconvenient. Good product.

Although I had been in there store over at Eastbourne and shopped previously, shopping off their online platform was a first. Overall transaction was smooth, delivery was prompt despite RM strikes, and my Patagonia Nano Puff Hoodie was brand new (not been returned/tried on before) at the same time well packed. Won’t hesitate to come back when Google picks you out with the best price for something that I’m after.

Admittedly did not know I was purchasing from a UK retailer and was a little disappointed after realizing it was going to be shipped from overseas (figured it would take a really long time). I ordered a pair of trainers from Urban Industry. Apart from having the best price, the ordering process was very simple, and email updates on order and delivery status were regular. The shoes actually arrived two days earlier than originally informed which was a real bonus! I would definitely order from Urban Industry again
