There was a problem with the initial delivery (the fault was with DPD) but they were happy to resend the item to a different address. I then had to return the item for a different size and there was no fuss at all! Excellent and fast customer service. Amy from the customer service team has been very helpful.

These guys are not real. I ordered a jacket in Large and found out it was small. So i contacted them and asked if i could get a bigger one.
I managed to talk to them in 2 minutes, via their live chat, and Karla was very helpful. The way they handle their returns is almost too good to be true.
For sure i will continue shopping with them in the future. I already ordered an XL size for my jacket.

I initially left a one star review out of frustration with my delayed “next day” delivery. It wasn’t Urban Industry’s fault of course. And I have to say, that I have had nothing but good buying experiences in the the past. And really, apart from the delivery blip, this was no exception.
