The first item ordered got lost in the post!! I don't hold Urban industry to blame for this, and once I had contacted customer service regarding non delivery they looked into the matter, re-ordered and we had a speedy delivery of the second one. Would order from them again

I would recommend urban industry to anyone and everyone. I live in Liverpool they are in Eastbourne( I think). However I recieved my order the following day. This was even aroun Christmas with all the snow.

I would give them five stars except that I felt the customer service was a little too curt. What I mean is, when I sent them an e-mail and when I called them, they gave me the information I needed but they didn't really sound like they cared at all. Maybe they're really busy or underpaid. I don't know. Otherwise, everything was fine.

My order arrived within a day, very good, guessing fed-ex are pretty good! The only reason i didnt put 5 star was because on one of the hoodies i bought the image was black so i thought it was black, turned out it was dark green, kind of my misreading as i did say dark green and black. Everything else is great, great clothing, great prices, great delivery! Cheers Urbs!

The several times that I have shopped with Urban Industry I have consistently been impressed. The selection is always good with competitive prices and the customer service online and in store in fantastic.
