My experience with Urban Industry was good, everything went normally and my order arrived in a good condition. Being a urban fashion lover i will surely will shop again at urban industry they haver a large variety of products with the best brands, when you order something you also can be aware of your order with your track number, everyday you can check online where your order is and if everything is fine wich is very good.
So if anyone ask me where to shop online i will surely suggest UI.
The only complaint i have to say about UI is the shipment which is not very good i payed 16£ more which i think it's to much being me from an european country.

Very speedy delivery, in spite of the pre-Christmas weather delays. Ordered goods accompanied by complimentary extras, including a promotional music CD and stickers. Will certainly order from thus company again - and recommend to others.

I live in the USA and missed out on aquiring a sneaker in my size on release day. I was tipped off that Urban Industry had a re-stock. The website was easy to use, especially helpful because they provided a US to GB shoe size conversion chart, and also because they accept credit cards - some overseas internet sites only use paypal.
Shipping was inexpensive and fast through FederalExpress. My ONLY gripe is that while packaging was good, the sneaker box itself was slightly damaged. Nothing major, the shoes were fine, and it might not have happened during shipping, but it seemed like there was some room for it to slide around inside the outer box which can lead to damage...
I have already recommended them to all of my friends. And I will definitely order from them in the future. Thank you again!

This was the second time around I ordered from Urban Industry. Must say that their web pages are probably the best one around with a wide selection of clothing and shoes. The order was easy to place and the package was shipped the next day with all the items included. Now, previously I've liked DPD's services but once I received my package it had almost a fist sized hole in the bottom, the box wrapped in DPD tape all over. Luckily I had ordered clothes so nothing was damaged. The store is not to be blamed for this, but still, I consider the package and its delivery as a part of the whole shopping experience and this issue was a let down.

Ive bought several things over the years. This particular item (Analog Alkaline jacket) I was looking at before Xmas so was happy to get the mail out on Xmas day when it was reduced by £100 in the sale.
The website is clean, liked all the look books, thought they were well put together.

I've ordered from Urbanindustry a few times and always had great service, so I felt they were a safe bet to order from when they introduced a pre-order for the Nike Air Jordan XI 'Cool Grey' - demand for these was sure to be high, and I wanted to ensure I got a pair.
I placed my order, and waited for the release date, but rather than the shoes I'd ordered, I instead received an email from Urbanindustry stating they had not recived the correct amount of stock from the supplier, so they could not fulfil the pre-orders in all sizes. Whilst I was disappointed, the communication from Urbanindustry was friendly and professional, and they responded to my questions immediately and with openness.
I was assured they would keep me updated on the situation, and sure enough, after a short wait they confirmed that they would be getting the stock and could fulfil my order. As by this time I'd purchased a pair somewhere else, Urbanindustry were very understanding and agreed to concact me once they had the stock to see if I still wanted them, or would rather exchange or refund.
The other supplier I had purchased from then also let me down, so when Urbanindustry contacted me as promised, I asked them to ship the shoes, and they were with me the next day, in perfect condition.
In contrast to the other supplier I used, Urbanindustry were very pro-active, and great to deal with, consistently following through on promises to update me about the situation. Where other suppliers may have chosen to fob me off to avoid a complaint, Urbanindustry instead ensured I'd come back and order again by demonstrating that they really care about their customers.

This is the fourth time I've purchased goods from UI and I was still amazed at how fast my order was dispatched and delivered, and the text to my mobile confirming all this was a nice touch. In terms of the store it's self, I don't think you can find a better, more diverse range of street/urban clothing without over inflated prices. It's because of this that UI is always one of my first stops on the net.

Great selection of items and brands on an easy to use website ,nice big pictures of what they sell so you can see what your buying . Reasonably priced sale and postage costs with fast delivery too, all the ingredients you need to get people to use you again i think.

The three stars reflect the delivery of the item, which, from date of original order took one whole month to arrive (a replacement arrived well before the original one ordered arrived!). After 10 days of no show and no joy with delivery company I contacted Urbanindustry who dispatched a replacement item immediately, it arrived the next day. All correspondence with Urbanindustry was swift and polite. Son really happy with coat ordered. Only complaint was with the delivery company - Royal Mail.
