Bought a luggage bag that was almost £50 higher everywhere else. Had a problem with delivery (not UI's fault, but FedEx's) and this was sorted out by a very nice lady on the phone. Got a phone call back after it had been sorted to make sure that everything was ok.

Ordered from Denmark on Saturday. My clothes were shipped on Monday and received on Wednesday in mint condition. Everything was of course as described and carefully packaged.

Urban industries were recommended by my son who does allot of shopping on the internet so I took that on board and ordered a pair of trainers that I had been after for some time but couldn't be bothered getting out there to try them on and be hassled by the shop assistants. They arrived within 2 days of ordering them and were exactly what I wanted so all is well that ends well - easy shopping and I will do it again.

Urbanindustry is great for all the latest fashion for me. And I always check their latest products for all the freshest sneakers and clothing, they never seem to disappoint. YES, the products might be pricey but its all worth it when it hits your doorstep.

The Packaging is phenomenal. i have ordered Air Jordans for quite some time now through urbanindustry.co.uk and i have to say that they do an excellent job on the packaging. The Jordan box arrived from UK to Denmark without a bump and the shipping fees is just a very good deal. i have nothing bad to say.. everything great! :)

Cannot fault these guys. Their site is easy to use and not confusing, really up to date stock levels and stock alerts help with this as many sites will leave out of stock items up for months.
Ordering was quick and simple and the high quality photography and clear descriptions on the site really show the products at their best.
Delivery was quick and the products arrived in excellent condition. Good to see a web store that is a little more selective in what they sell and they are all about quality over quantity. I doubt you will ever purchase a low quality product from these guys.
