Having placed several orders over the past couple of years with Urban Industry, I have nothing but the utmost of respect for their unwavering professionalism, their consistency in stocking only the highest quality products available, and how, through a short, friendly phone call, one can quickly establish details of any of the finer points of a particular item prior to placing an order, thus preventing otherwise unnecessary returns.
Furthermore, delivery is always, without fail, exceptionally fast; and I do not begrudge the small surcharge levied for posting items to my home in Northern Ireland. In addition, all packaging is done intelligently, using sturdy card boxes, and when appropriate, heavy-grade waterproof mailers.
It takes a lot to please me and I am constantly railing against the other end of the scale - the shoddy, inconsiderate customer service which seems in some areas to have almost become the norm; a company like Urban Industry makes me effortlessly sing their praises and recommend them to anyone who loves the wide range of high-end brands they carry.

Very easy to use the website, great prices, quick delivery(correct which is always a bonus). only downer was that had to pay for postage - although it was very cheap, bit of a pain!! (have to think of the beer jar!!) I will be using you again, great to see you sell pointers and carhartt, what more do I need!!

An extremely well laid out website and easy to use. Sizes in stock are displayed under each product making shopping time very efficient. Products can be viewed all at once which saves you flicking through multiple pages.
One feature i think could help improve the site is to have each individual products sizes displayed. If i dont know how a brand fits it puts me off buying it, but if i can see the measurements i will buy it.
