As for now, after my second order I have no complains about getting help with doing orders. Something went wrong during placing a order so that UrbanIndustry didn't get my order but only the money from Paypal. This can be a thing to improve, cause it means more days of waiting for your gear.

I was over the moon with finding the trainters I was after and how quickly they sent it over. £2 was very reasonable for trainers; they literally arrived on the Tuesday after I bought them on the Saturday. A free shipping option (or threshold i.e. orders over £xx) would have been nice but all in all ticked all the boxes I'd expect and was deliverd even quicker.
