I was over the moon with finding the trainters I was after and how quickly they sent it over. £2 was very reasonable for trainers; they literally arrived on the Tuesday after I bought them on the Saturday. A free shipping option (or threshold i.e. orders over £xx) would have been nice but all in all ticked all the boxes I'd expect and was deliverd even quicker.

Awesome selection of clothing, footwear and accessories. The website is designed perfectly and really enhances the products. After my first big order, my account was upgraded to a gold membership giving me a discount on many products on the site! The lookbook section is a great little tool to help you mix and match. Delivery is excellent as is the customer service. Its the only site i turn to when i need to shop. The only downside to urban industry is their ability to empty my bank account!

I don't usually write reviews on shops etc but as I have a bit of spare time, I thought that I'd say that I was very pleased with the service as the products I purchased were not available at any other UK store at the time and they were not at an inflated price.
