been shopping with these guys for about 5 yrs now (maybe more) but i have always enjoyed the experience. there customer service is of the highest of standards and i dont mean this over stiff approach but just they do exactly what a shop is supposed to do making you feel relaxed, easy going, easy to navigate and if any issues arise on the size changes or even a manufacturing fault so easy to go about a change by just contacting the shop.

Hi i ordered a pair of air jordan shoes size uk 12.
The box that they were put in was a tight squeeze resulting in my jordan shoe box being damaged on the two sides. I expected the box to be mint condition like when i ordered another pair back in january.
Apart from that which is a bit fussy i know, great service and i will buy from you again when you release the air jordan 3 black cement, as long as you dont squash my box! lol

After seeing the Jordan V's in a rival store and receiving
poor custom service . I searched Jordan V's realeased August 2011 and I found this site . I ordered my shoes . I requested a text to confirm my order . I received updates about my order and on the next working day I received my order . I would order from Urbanindustry again plus I would recommend to my friends too !!
