Always liked Urban Industry as they have great items of clothing and great prices, there sales are hard to beat.
My only issues this time is that having ordered a pair of jeans for my waist size, they turned up and didnt fit due to be ridiculously dranpided in the calf area.
This wasnt my fault and wasnt indicated on the website, but Urban Industry still charged me a massive £2.99 to return the item.

I have recently purchased a jacket at UrbanIndustry, the Analog Portland Windbreaker. At first I wasn't very sure about the size, they had S and L, I normally wear small sizes so I went for the S size hopping this to be the right decision. The shipping time was ok for an international order, the order was placed on 10/10/11, payment through paypal and arrived today 17/10/11, to Spain. Everything was in good condition and I am very happy that it fits perfectly which was my main concern, I was worried that I will probably have to return it for size replacement, but everything went ok. Overall I am very pleased with the transaction and the UrbanIndustry's service, everything turned out exactly as I wanted. I recommend this shop for their good service.

I just wanted to write something about the excellent levels of service provided by these guys. I had to return one item but it was dealt with quickly and hassle free. They go to great lengths when taking photos of their products to ensure that what you end up with matches the product you saw online. This one of the areas that sets them apart from other online clothes retailers for me. Their delivery is quick and stock alerts can be used to notify you when products come back in stock. I really like that feature as it is easy to forget to keep checking.
I will certainly be placing more orders here in the future. The ranges that they are carrying are improving week on week.
