I ordered a pair of supra wrap shoes and it came well packaged and quick ect but the shoe on each tongue has a piece of material stitched on that says supra and on one of them the p is missing. I know i probably could of exchanged them but i couldn't be bothered with the hassel i was just a little disappointed but it didn't bother me too much.

I ordered a cap and a t-shirt from their website. Easy website, fast shipping. But the packaging was bad. Not sure whether it was Urban Industry's fault or DPD (the shipping firm) but my cardboard box arrived opened and the plastic bag containing the t-shirt was torn open. The cap's logo was crooked (again, mostly the brand's fault - not Urban Industry, but it would be nice if they checked that their items where up to standards). Build quality and all was as promised. Descent prices.
