I was stood in a shop in Glasgow (I don't live there) and I was looking at boots but was feeling quite uninspired when I got an email from UrbanIndustry with an offer on various winter items... I opened it and found a pair of Supra boots, still not inexpensive but with the discount they were a good looking investment. I scrolled to the bottom of the email and found the phone number, called it and spoke to a very friendly and informative lady who advised me the size I'd need (I'm different depending on the make).
I then waited til I got home, just to make sure I could afford them, sent the order on the Friday at about 4ish, I made a mistake on the form and noticed too late, called them again and spoke to another (or possibly the same one) polite and cheery lady who told me the order had gone through, no worries but because it was late on friday it wouldn't be processed til monday. I had no problem with this, especially as the boots arrived on tuesday!
I've used them before, and I'll continue to use them... proper nice company to do business with!

I bought 3 items for them two were to big, so I sent them back to get the correct size; got them back in three day and was very happy with my purchases. I have just bought three more items today and will definitely shop here again.
