My 15 yr old Grandson introduced me to the Urban Industry web site to show me the Obey beanie hat & gloves he wanted. I found the ordering system very easy and straight forward ( very handy for us O.A.P.s) The goods arrived a few days later and i have to say that i am delighted with the quality. A most pleasing experience all round and will definately shop there again, many thanks.

just one point. your box was too big, really all you needed to do was just wrap up the vans in its own vans box. no extra packaging was necessary. but other than that , your service is flawless.

I found urbanindustry last year, and haven't stopped keeping an eye on what they have in stock. The shop is fantastic for the most up to date boutique clothing at reasonable prices.
Their loyalty is very comforting as now i have made x amount of purchases I am entitled to a 5% discount. May not sound much but is a great help, and I haven't found this any where else!
In short, if you enjoy quality service, the latest boutique wear and speedy delivery then hit up the website.

I was very surprised about the good communication between your services and me. Email, telephone contact, very well organized and a good and friendly follow up.
Just one little remark, we were a little bit lost between the sizes, uk , american and french ones.
We ordered a pair of shoes, which size did not match, return to UK, new ones orderd and received within a week and we got refunded within 2 days after receipt of shoes at Urbanindustry.

Bought some Supra Society Mid's from this place for a much more reasonable price compared to other online and high street stores. Ordered them on a weekend (late Saturday) so was expecting a long wait for delivery however they arrived on the following Tuesday which was much quicker than expected. Provided with a tracking number too which kept me updated. 4

first time using urban industry... great products but the on-line service is far better than amazon why? when ordering i made an error on the size i wanted..emailed urban industry shortly thereafter to explain and they amended the order before it was dispatched. A while ago i did the same with amazon but the order was despatched and i had to go through the hassle of returninghe item t. well done urban industry i like!

i have used urban ind quite a few times and will continue to do so,
getting the discount for using quite alot is a nice touch,
the mail order service provided has always been great and the returns procedure for when something doesnt fit has been spot on
shame the shop is so far away-how about opening a shop in yorkshire preferably sheffield that would be awesome!
anyway i highly reccomend!
