Good simple online ordering system allowed me to purchase my pair of multi-coloured Nike Lunar runners, the package was a little dented when it finally arrived but it has travelled 6000 miles. Delivery was very quick and it arrived in about 3-4 days but I wasn't at home for a week, I received the package on my return to the apartment. Opened up the box and wow..my new pair of runners are amazing.

I'd not heard of Urban Industry before, but it came up in google following a search for the Herschel and Co. bag I was after.
Erring on the side of caution, I checked for reviews of Urban Industry before placing my order.
However, I needn't have worried. Ordering was quick and simple and the bag arrive much sooner than the estimated time. In all I was impressed with the service offered by Urban Industy and would use them again/recommend to a friend - which speaks volumes.

I have looked everywhere for these particular trainers on the most common sites such as Office, JD Sports, Size, Schuh etc. and they were all out of stock. Came across this site through google search, was a bit hesitant at first as there all these Chinese scam sites now but did my research, totally legit, and placed the order. Within moments I got my confirmation of order, delivery and dispatch details. I then received my trainers the next day before midday! Brilliant, plus it was free delivery. Will definitely return to Urban Industry soon!

Placed an order but it was too small, contacted them and they said they would happily take it back and refund me. Only problem was they couldn't exchange the order, just refund so I had to buy the next size up and wait to be refunded but I was very pleased with the next day delivery with text updates on times of my order arrival and the very quick dispatch. Will be using urban industry again soon !

I placed my order with Urban Industry because of the product price & free standard postage. The service was excellent - my order was processed & dispatched very quickly. Having ordered on Friday I expected the item to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday the following week but was impressed when it arrived first thing Monday morning. My teenage son is very happy with the backpack. I recommend Urban Industry.
