I made two orders one taking advantage of a discount code for full price items and one for sale items. The orders were processed immediately and dispatched on the same day, delivery was received the following day. Both orders were sent in the same box, some places wouldn't be smart enough to do this. The tracking is also superb.

I liked alot of the designs on the clothes. I live in N.America so I had to pay s&h which I didn't have a problem with. The only thing was the clothes that I wanted were sold out so was disappointed about that. Other than that the clothes I bought were awesome.please bring back the clown girl series.

Despite living in Japan, once I ordered the tan/black The Quiet Life hat, I received a "Shipped" notice faster than I could finish dinner. Do you sleep? (compliment, of course)
Within a week, I received the hat. Just like the picture, except the brim wasn't... flat? Didn't seem to be sewed on straight which causes a gap between the actual brim and material surrounding it (only on the bottom though). But the brim is black, so it's not noticeable. Of course, this isn't any fault of Urban Industry unless they knew it's a "defect" product. Maybe it's the design? *shrug*
Anyway, all around great service. Will use again.
