It started off with searching for a bag for the best price. I stumbled across Urban Industry's YouTube channel, which showed me everything I wanted to know about the bag I wanted. The price was great, and shipping was free, so I thought I'd give them a try. I ordered the bag at about 9am and it was delivered the next day by 10am! And UI use the courier Interlink, so I knew down to the hour when my package would arrive and how far away my driver was. Very impressed every step of the way. Will use again!

I've been using Urban Industry for a good few years. Between them and one other online clothing retailer - there is really no-one who compares.
I'm a seriously fussy shopper - the slightest glitch (from browsing and searching to checkout and delivery) stops me cold on a site and I never return. I have returned repeatedly to Urban Industry over the years.
The customer service is exemplary (there's a lot of multi-nationals and big UK companies who could learn a thing or two here). It's quick and genuinely sincere and helpful.
The range of gear they sell is spot on (I'm a bit older and find I can get bits and pieces for myself and I can also shop for my son here as well). They keep it fresh with updates (sign up for the email - it's well formatted and worth getting). The app is worth a look as well. They also had the sense to format their site to be device specific - so it's smooth on a phone/iPod a good while before a lot of retailers did.
Nutshell - faultless. I'd be amazed if someone had any problems with this lot. I'd be amazed more if it led to a negative critique of their customer service.
Glad to give them my money - there is no doubt in my mind that a considerable amount of their profit goes into research and development.
