Though ordered late December Monday afternoon the 16th the order was promptly sent off to DK where it arrived on Friday the 20th in due time to be placed under our Christmas tree. Wonderful.

Fantastic store with great products and good prices. Only downside is the fact that they use Royal Mail and they usually take longer compared to other delivery companies, but I don't mind since the shipping costs is one of the lowest I've seen.

Would definitely recommend Urban Industry to you. I have never used them before and to be honest was a bit wary for this reason, but the service was excellent. I ordered the trainers on the Sunday night and they came on the Tuesday, I could track the order and had an hour delivery slot. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My daughter had asked for a particular pair of Nike Air Max One's for Christmas and I was struggling to find them..... not even JD Sports had them on their website. Eventually I found them on the Urban Industry website and not only were they in stock in the size I was after but they were £20 cheaper than anywhere else!! Delivery was also very quick.... a highly recommended company!!

Great range of products with most sizes in stock. Free delivery on my order which arrived well packaged within 48hrs. It was really easy to track my order & it was delivered when it said it would be delivered. Good to get at least one Christmas present completed!
