ordered a pair of trousers last minute just before Christmas hoping they would arrive on Christmas Eve. I was kept in the loop at all times and the parcel arrived as expected on Christmas Eve. Excellent service and the trousers fitted too! Will use again.

Great service, ordered my stuff over the busy Christmas period and it came to Ireland in 7 days (good compared to other UK clothes companies). Only problem is that I ordered a pair of trainers a size too big, and for international customers there is no exchange option. All they offer is to refund the price of the item (that takes a few weeks) and then re-order the item. As well as this I have to pay the postage to return it where it is free for UK customers. Other companies in the UK offer free returns so why don't Urban Industry?

Site is good easy to find what you want I found it to be the cheapest for what I was looking for free delivery makes it better from other sites around that I've looked at delivery was fairly slow but I'm guessing it was due to Christmas time ORDER YOUR STUFF FROM HERE!!!

Found the New Balance I wanted in the sale online. All other stores beaten on price. Even though purchased on Xmas eve the delivery arrived quickly and well within time scales advised.
