Great shoes, simple process. Only gripe is that the packages are not sent with tracking numbers so you can't follow your parcel online so have no idea when it will arrive. Please add tracking numbers, it is long long way to NZ.

I never take time to fill out stuff like this, so it must have been good service. UI called to check delivery address, kept me informed every step of the way, delivered the day after the order (ordered at 3pm) and were the cheapest online (by a long way) on the product I bought.
