My father's favourite fish restaurant. Excellent value. Plenty of choice. Quick service. Parking could be difficult but we were lucky and got a space right outside.

Had a medium cod and chips with bread and butter and mushy peas in the restaurant. Excellent friendly table service. Good value. Battered cod had lovely crispy skin.

Have been visiting this establishment for many years on a regular basis having been introduced to it by the proprietor of our local fish restaurant as being "the best in the south east of England". Well worth the 90 mile round trip to visit. The current proprietor, "Tony" maintains the standards set by the previous owner.George.

We used to come here every year, but then other things got in the way, but we finally arrived back after 10 long years, and can say it's still the best fish and chip restaurant in Eastbourne, the food is tasty and good amount. Always busy and friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

It's a lovely family run restaurant but the lady /owner could crack a smile once in a while, been in there more than once and never ever seen her smile, she hardly speaks, the other staff are fantastic and very hard working, always polite and the food is always fantastic.

I don't eat fish, so sausage egg and chips for me. The chips in particular are consistently the finest flavour and crispiness I have tasted anywhere. Don't be put off by the slightly utilitarian appearance of the place - it's great!
