After a lovely visit last year we returned to Eastbourne and had to stop by here again. This was our first eating out experience since lockdown. We felt very safe - asked to record our contact details, server wore a mask and screens between tables. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Recommended and will be back next year.

One of the best portions I've ever had.<br><br>The small Fish and Chips filled me right up, but i saw most people opt in for the medium.<br><br>Soft flaky fish that tasted fresh. A good portion of chips (for a small).<br><br>And on top of a great, prompt and friendly service, the menu is stuck on the wall next to your table. This makes for good hands free reading (smart and brilliant with Covid 19 floating about)!

Really delicious, fresh, and good quality fish and chips - reminded me of the kind we have in New Zealand. We ordered haddock and chips. We were visiting from London and deciding between here and somewhere across the road. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and provided amazing customer service. It was busy when we went but the service was still quick. Would definitely come back here!

The cod & chips were about perfect and the size of the fish was very generous. The guy offered me another bit of fish when a seagull swooped in and got some of mine which wasn't necessary and a really nice touch. Well worth a visit.

I love fish and Chips and staying at a nearby hotel we popped into the Holiday Inn fish and Chips last night.I liked the look of it and decor.<br><br>We were greeted in a very friendly way by everyone as if we were old friends.<br><br>The waiter was polite and courteous and the fish and Chips delicious. I had Haddock and my friend the cod.<br><br>The fish so fresh and flavoursome and the batter light and crisp. The chips were lovely too - all freshly cooked.<br><br>I looks forward to my return visit next time we are in Eastbourne.

I liked that there were many choices of fish outside of the regular cod (which also can be ordered). Fish tasted well albeit it could seasoned a bit more for my taste. Service was very quick and polite.<br><br>I didn't like is that the batter and fries were a bit too greasy (possibly oil temperature was to low?).<br><br>Overall it's a good choice if you're looking for decent fish and chips.
