Don't usually 'eat in' in here, so I can't speak to that, but we do get take-away from the Spice Garden frequently. I've always liked the food here and after a misguided period trying a few other curry houses around Eastbourne, this is firmly our 'local' now. The reason is quite simple, the food is excellent, you can taste all the carefully blended spices in the different dishes, it's not oily like a lot of Indian takeaways and you always get a friendly welcome when you come to collect! It might not be the cheapest in Eastbourne, but it's definitely value for money!

The food is excellent but what makes this restaurant unique is the fact that it is run by the most warmhearted, nice, friendly people on the planet. It's restaurants like these that need more business because without them there would be no interaction with lovely people.
