Ended up in Eastbourne during storm Eunice, Feb 2022, looking for coffee away from grey clouds, wind and rain, found sunshine in this little gem of a bistrot. Great atmosphere, charming decor, excellent music, warm welcome with amazing personable waiter, fantastic menu with great variety of earthy comfort food that caters for everyone, freshly cooked and delicious. Incredible value for money and will become a staple pit stop during our future visits to Eastbourne. Can't wait to find out how lovely it must be in the summer too!

We were staying in the Eastbourne for a few days and this was the first place we found and wow how nice was this place. Very friendly man served us sangria and craft beer with some tasty tapas with great Latin music. Very reasonable price with a great atmosphere.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up having the most amazing tasting beef goulash soup. Their soups smelt amazing from the street. The service was lovely. They were all very polite and lovely to talk too..The hygienic was 5 stars. Can't wait to go again and try another soup. 5 stars<br>🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We had delicious cocktails and tapas at the Soup Shack today, it was lovely to sit outside despite the cold! It's really refreshing to find somewhere with such a welcoming, fun atmosphere and great food. Our server was very warm and friendly, we will be be back, thank you!

After looking for quick lunch place we've found that pearl with rustic food and brilliant, homey atmosphere. Soups are to die for, different ones every week . Definitely coming back here !

This place is great.<br>The food was excellent, staff very accommodating.<br>It has a wide variety of dishes which is good for everyone.<br>I tried the beer taster with my meal which was also a nice surprise.<br><br>Honestly it is nice place to stop and watch the world go by and have some nice food.<br>If you are in Eastbourne and you can get a table I would go for it.

Hi Everyone. First of all, I have to say, we are quite a gourmet kind of customers. This place deserves 10 out of 10. The service, the food, even the coffee was top notch. We just loved everything. I won't go in to details. Me and my partner was working in the hospitality business for very long time. We couldn't fault the place. And the bill at the and was unreal.<br>They as good as it gets.
