We recently watched the Christmas panto Snow White, which was really good fun. The children enjoyed it and there were plenty of laughs for the grown ups too.
The theatre itself is lovely, very nostalgic, and the staff are all ultra friendly and helpful.

Ein wunderbares über 100 Jahre altes Theater. Perfekter Blick auf die Bühne. Tolle Snackangebote.

Friendly people seeing us in and to our seats. Lovely theatre. Good bar for the interval 😊 It is an old building so one has to make allowances for the toilet flushing or not but they said they'd sort it. 😅 Great panto time had by all.

Not as good as last year, with jCk and the Beanstalk
All the cast seem in such a rush to finish their lines.
And music over shadows the singing, words very hard to pick up.
Not as much interaction with the children too.

140 years old this year. A classic theatre with an intimate feel. Good facilities and friendly staff, many of whom are volunteers helping to keep this lovely venue clean, tidy and welcoming.

We saw the panto version of snow White and both the kids and adults loved the show. The venue is a lovely old theatre with a very traditional ambience that makes for a great time.

This is a wonderful little theatre. We come here very year to see the pantomime, it's half the price of the other larger theatres in Eastbourne but they always put on a fabulous show. We came yesterday to see Snow White and it was absolutely brilliant. View from all of the seats is great and the staff are all so helpful.

This is the most gorgeous theatre with the friendliest of staff, mostly volunteers I believe? Now in older life the one big problem is the far away parking, unable to walk far sadly , do have a disability badge but not much help there! If anything could be arranged with a local hotel etc. it would be wonderful, coming from Seaford a car is needed, especially in the cold winder nights. Otherwise Fab-U-lous!!

Lovely theatre, recently had a revamp, seats much better, walls and decor too.
Still a long queue for drinks at the bar but decent prices.
Well worth a visit, we saw GYOW (Fleetwood Mac Legacy) and loved both the show and the theatre

A beautiful old theatre lovingly restored and run by volunteers with no local council involvement. Great variety of shows too.
