A lovely theatre, ornate mouldings and comfy seats.
All seats have a good view of the stage.
The bar is to the side of the main seating area. Quite quaint and a nice venue to visit. Very friendly and helpful staff/volunteers.

My wife and I, both of us senior citizens, were down from Leicester for a few days and we decided to book tickets for the Screaming Blue Murder Comedy Club, which cost us £12 per ticket, which, now that we’ve attended the show, was superb value. We really didn’t know what to expect paying so little for tickets, and assumed that it would be a bit amateurish, but we were totally wrong as it was so very polished and totally enjoyable. We’d never been in this theatre before, and we loved the fact that it was from another period and took you back to that time as it was beautifully decorated. We went to the bar and got a couple of drinks – the prices were reasonable and the bar staff friendly, as were all members of staff that we met. We sat down in our booked seats in the auditorium, but we were told by the staff that we could move forward if we so wished, which we did – it wasn’t a sell-out, so people were asked to move forward to build up the atmosphere, and some did, but others chose not to on the invitation of the compere, so left themselves wide open to being part of the show due to their reticence, which was quite amusing. Anyway, the compere was hugely funny, and each of the three comedians were funny in totally different ways, so just a thoroughly enjoyable night. We would look to book anything that was on in this theatre if we ever revisited Eastbourne, and would definitely book to attend the comedy club again.

Booked online for a matinee performance, of Priscilla Queen of the desert, sat in the stalls 7 rows back from the stage, excellent view and enjoyed the performance, it’s a good little theatre , quite small in comparison with other theatres in London but still had a good atmosphere.
£22 was value for money compared with a west end show that would cost in the region of four times the amount..
The performance was authentic and the chemistry between the cast was extremely good and funny. Enjoyed all the songs and would highly recommend..

The Wonder of Stevie...
Fantastic tribute band to Stevie Wonder all talented working musicians who love his music... Sax player is in the Jools Holland big band. So they all have their chops.♥️

See them on tour this year.

Went for Dinosaur Adventure show, staff were nice, snacks were shop price and not extortionate which is so rare to see, but in the balcony I really struggled with leg room as u can't stretch out at all which is a problem for me as I have a bad knee. Music seemed a bit loud for kids

We went to see the pantomime. Very helpful with getting the best price for our family dynamics: disabled, carers, pensioners, school/college goers etc! Very complex. Anyway they helped me to book suitable seats too. Plenty of people who can help you find your place, bar and book/prepay for ice cream, which is brought to you during the interval! Seats were great (stalls) great view. Toilets handy and clean. Bar nearby in seat area too! We had a lovely time. Only issue is parking, but the taxi solved that.

What a beautiful theatre and the volunteers who work there were so lovely and so helpful, I loved the nice touch around giving me the history of the Theatre, just lovely. We don't have this in Australia that's for sure. The shows there are phenomenal too, I went to the Sleeping Beauty pantomime and what a treat, so bloody great and talk about laugh at the side jokes. If I lived in Eastbourne I'd go to all their shows there. Nice work, Jo from Brisbane Australia
