They conducted both my mum’s service in 2012 and my dad’s service in November 2024, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support they provided on both occasions.<br><br>When my mum passed, we needed to arrange everything within a very short timeframe due to family schedules and relatives living abroad. Rosedale went above and beyond to accommodate us, making the process as seamless as possible. So much kindness and compassion was shown to me by both Emma and Kevin. Everything was arranged exactly as I wished for, and the team were so helpful at the most difficult and sad time of my life. Nothing was too much trouble, and they had such a can-do attitude. They are complete experts in their field, but all is done in a very human and empathetic manner. I felt completely valued by them, and they were beyond valuable to me.<br>The hug Emma gave me when we arrived at church was like an electric charge for my failing batteries. I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves, sadly, needing a funeral. They take away some of the pain. Excellent service.

I recently had the unenviable position of needing a Funeral Director. We shopped around and spoke to a few companies before setting on Rosedale. It was the best choice we could have made. Kevin and Emma have been supremely supporting, proactive and professional. Everything was done with efficiency and grace, and we couldn't have asked for more. They also have some trusted partners for print, catering, flowers, etc... making arranging the day far easier with peace of mind that you're working with someone reputable who understands what you're going through. I hope that I don't need to call upon the services of a funeral director again in the near future, but if I do, I'll be calling Rosedale.

I cannot recommend Rosedale enough. Emma was do kind and caring nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the whole time Emma and the team couldn't be more compassionate and patient during the worst time of our lives. They made sure the service for our son was just so lovingly put together. Knowing my precious baby son was in such good hands was just so reassuring.<br>Due to the situation family and friends didn't get to know our baby but through the planning and helpfulness of Emma family and friends said they felt they got to know our son. Emma recommend Candy the celebrant she was just fantastic she spent so much time with us getting to know our son and our family

The service that was done for my mother in law recently was a beautiful send off. It was done with heartfelt compasion, care for every detail to make sure her wishes, as well as those of every member of her close family, were shown throughout the ceremony. Everyone was thoughtful, kind and took care in every aspect, making us feel that the memory of our loved one would be respected and to be portrayed as the special lady she was. Thank you Rosedales!

Start to finish Rosedale were fantastic with my Dad’s funeral recently. They were friendly, kind, understanding and made the process a whole lot easier than it could have been. They made suggestions that none of us were aware were possibilities which made the day much easier for us all to cope with. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
