Recruitment South East were my first choice of agencies when I was seeking to recruit temporary staff. Catherine in particular took time to find out more about the job and then to suggest a number of applicants that could fit the bill. I felt that she understood my requirements and the quality of the staff put forward by her reflected this. I have used Recruitment South East on more than one occasion and will happily do so again.

I first experienced Recruitment South East when Catherine Sutton contacted me by phone. I was not expecting the call and Catherine said she had seen my CV on one of the job search websites and she had a position I may be interested in. I will admit that I was a little suspicious at first, however something about Catherine's way reassured me that she was genuine and so I listened to what she had to say. Well it turns out that the position she had in mind was a perfect fit for me and I got the job! Shortly after I was offered a promotion within my new company and so in a strange turn of events I now became one of Catherine's clients as well, allowing me to experience the service 'from the other side' so to speak. Once again the service provided is top knotch. Catherine is friendly, professional and she will do everything within her power to find candidates who are the right fit. The whole RSE team are friendly and professional and really care about finding the right person for the job. The best help out there! I haven't had the best success in finding work with agencies but was approached by Recruitment South East over a position they felt I would be suitable for. Upon contacting them I received some details about the job position and once I registered with them they provided more details and booked an interview for me. Their registration process is really easy and does not take long. I was helped by Louise. P personally who from our first conversation was very lovely and friendly, and worked quickly to communicate back and forth between me and her client and arrange interviews. I received texts from Louise and the agency wishing me good luck on my interview days which I thought was a really nice and even after I was offered the position, Louise was really helpful with my further enquiries. I was also helped by Leanne who again was really friendly and helpful in arranging interviews and communicated quickly. I can safely say they helped me find a new career path and a fantastic opportunity I would not have found without their help. They have given me a fresh view on success rates with agencies, and should I need help again I would go straight to Recruitment South East. 1000% recommended!!

I hadn't heard of RSE until I found a job that I thought suited my skill set. Being a recent graduate, both my job and interview experience we're limited. RSE helped me prepare the best they could for my interview and were quick to answer any queries/concerns I had - which put me at ease since day one of this process. All of the staff seem very friendly and more than willing to help. The small personal touch of a card for good luck was also a nice gesture! Thanks again RSE.

With good jobs hard to come by and time restraints on candidates to sift through all the jobs listed, it is refreshing to have come across Martin Ellis and his team at Recruitment South East. Before matching me with my dream job, Martin took time to really understand my needs. He helped me craft my cv, not just listing my previous jobs but highlighting all my relevant experience and qualifications. Martin was friendly, approachable and a great listener, job hunting is tiring procedure, some may say it's a full time job, I wanted this next job to be the company I retired from. Martin has an amazing way of finding the time to discover if what you want as a candidate matches the requirements of the role, even if on paper its not a match. he is supportive , knowledgeable, he listens, ans he works with you, he truly takes pride in what he does, he goes over and above and takes his role very personally, you never feel like a number. this is unique in recruitment. Being a manically busy business owner I don't normally have time to leave feedback such as this but thought Martin Ellis at RSE had to get a mention. Today I had the pleasure of attending the #Best4Biz conference. I had seen Mandy posting on Twitter and Facebook about the event. I am so pleased I cleared my schedule as I learnt a lot today.
