I firstly must thank Mandy Brook for the empowerment she gave me at our first meeting, that subsequently lead to me making decisions that have seen my growth and success in a place in my career I probably would never have had the confidence to see was an option for me. With the help of Mandy and her team at RSE over the last 11 months, I have nigh on completed my masters, updated myself and gained qualifications in specialist areas that are important for my goals for 2018 . And yes, all catalysed from one single coaching session I didn't even realise was going on!... Furthermore, I have joined their Next Generation Network, a monthly networking group that is the perfect environment for individuals like myself to talk about real issues in the world of work and network with like minded people. Harriet does a great job of running the network, I need to give credit also to Martin's engaging Linked-in topics and wise words in network meetings too.
The additional support I have received on an ad-hoc basis, without request, saw a gantt chart tutorial link sent to my inbox after casually mentioning I was struggling.
Mandy and her team go not the extra mile to execute thier business ,in fact, i'm pretty certain they'd climb up a mountain for you!, and what's so refreshing is that they clearly love doing it. I couldn't rate these guys any higher and highly recommend that anyone struggling, exploring their options or requiring their professional services get in contact with them. I can only hope that in the near future, my own clients can think of my business in the way theirs do,I'll have seen success then!

At the end of last year 2 of my friends were made redundant, they had been finding it difficult to get jobs through other agencies. I suggested that they register with the RSE group . Within a couple of weeks, they phoned me to let me know that they had the perfect jobs. I was delighted as Christmas was approaching and the prospect of them not having a job, would have meant Christmas for them and family would have been one without celebration.

Attended my first meeting at RSE's Johns Cross meeting room last week and it is an excellent venue. For starters, there's ample parking, close to the front door. The team are very welcoming and looked after everyone the whole day, with all food and drink being superb. The venue itself has a wonderful style, top spec facilities and I.T. equipment - all teamed with a view over the countryside. I'd thoroughly recommend it for all your meeting requirements.

When I established that I had an urgent need to find some additional members of staff to support me in the financial elements of my client work, I didn’t hesitate to get in touch with Mandy and her team at The RSE Group. Working with Harriet, as the staff were going to be in financial roles, we quickly identified the type of employee that would be able to fulfil the role and Harriet went away and identified a number of individuals who had slightly different skill sets, but would be able to complement me and my existing team and undertake the role. With the added flexibility of how we might recruit them, we have arrived at a result that I think everyone is happy with. When it comes to LinkedIn most people would agree recruiters use it was great effect and as LinkedIn itself keeps reminding me with their bubble messages “just one profile view can result in getting that top job” or words to that effect. So when I wanted to share some expertise with our members and audience there could be no better option that Martin Ellis the Head Hunter at RSE. Martin has presented at two workshops for me an in-depth 2 hours and a summary 10 minutes showing his flexibility as a speaker jam packing both sessions with high useful information. Really enjoyed learning about this highly underrated social media platform. It is certainly not just for people looking for jobs but a huge online extension to your business network!
