After applying for numerous roles through the usual job sites, with little acknowledgement and very limited success despite having over 25 years of management experience, I had become quite despondent with how impersonal and automated the job search process had become.
I decided to take a different approach and contact recruitment companies directly. Although this initially felt like a more positive route, it quickly became clear that not all agencies deliver the level of personal service they promote. I then reached out to two professional acquaintances for recommendations, and within the hour both had suggested I contact Mandy based on their own positive experiences.
From my very first communication with Mandy, it was clear that her approach was different. She was professional, personable, honest and genuinely interested in helping me find not just a job, but the right opportunity that aligned with my experience, values and personal aspirations.
